Auto-enrolment is poised to fundamentally change the way we communicate to pension scheme members, largely rendering the current suite of material aimed at encouraging employees to join the pension scheme redundant.
Whilst this is a challenge, it may also present an opportunity to revisit the way in which pension scheme members are communicated to. This could lead to substantial benefits for both pension scheme members and their employers.
